Gbadunade Ogunleye is the driving force behind UK Property Doctor’s operations, serving as Chief Operating Officer, leading our team and embodying our values of excellence, integrity, and momentum.
With decades of international experience in property and facilities management, Gbadun has empowered teams to consistently delivered high-quality services that exceed client expectations.

A multi-skilled, warm and diligent leader, Gbadun combines sharp negotiation, budget and operations expertise with empathy, intuition and genuine commitment to people. As a seasoned line manager and mentor, she has boosted team performance and well-being across facilities, financial services, and the public and third sectors. At UK Property Doctor, she is known for placing colleagues in roles where they thrive, strengthening both the business and the bottom line for our landlords.
Her track record speaks for itself: in 2015, Gbadun launched James Cubitt Facility Managers, the facilities arm of the James Cubitt Group. Within a year, she rose from Senior Manager of Facilities to Managing Director, cutting operational costs while enhancing asset value and steering the company through three major crises. Before joining UK Property Doctor, she served as Chief Executive Officer of the James Cubitt Facility Managers and Resource Companies.
